New School Creation

The New School Creation massive open online course was first offered, in real-time, in the winter of 2013. Since that time it has influence school startups all over the world. This online course is based on the in-person originally taught by Larry Rosenstock, the founder and CEO of High Tech High School in San Diego, CA, at the University of California Berkeley Graduate School of Education in collaboration with Dean Judith Warren Little.

What you are seeing now is an archived version of that course designed to walk you through the original course. Unlike the original course, however, this course will not include collaborative learning unless you, the course participant, integrate your own peers into the experience. In other words, this course design is meant be completed by you with only this document and the documents within the folders next to wherever you opened it from.
