This pdf describes a project that was created by a HTH Teacher and was originally included as a physical card that came with the fourteenth issue if the HTH periodical Unboxed. This project was led by 6th grade teachers Maggie Miller, Allie Wong, Gary Gould and Mary Williams. They had students explore cultural concepts and then use geometry to design lanterns to embody these concepts before exhibiting them.
