I am a San Diego native that does not like it when the weather is too hot or too cold. I teach 11th grade Humanities at High Tech High Media Arts. I received my undergraduate degree in sociology at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and my master’s in education at National University. I have always wanted to be in education because I love being inspired by students, their families, and colleagues. If I wasn’t teaching, I would be trying to perfect my family’s old recipes from the Philippines in my own restaurant or living on a boat and fishing every single day.
